45℃-135℃PC material heat resistance temperature range is -45℃-135℃. Beyond this temperature range, PC materials will appear aging deterioration, loss of inherent properties.

Polycarbonate is colorless and transparent, heat resistant, impact resistant, flame retardant BI grade, and has good mechanical properties in common use temperature. Compared with the performance of close to poly methyl methacrylate, polycarbonate has good impact resistance, high refractive index, good processing performance, no need for additives with UL94 V-2 flame retardant performance. But PMMA is cheaper than polycarbonate and can be used to produce large devices by bulk polymerization.

The wear resistance of the material is relative. If ABS material is compared with PC material, the wear resistance of PC material is better. However, compared with most plastic materials, the wear resistance of polycarbonate is relatively poor, in the middle and lower level, so some polycarbonate devices used for easy wear applications need special surface treatment.

Additional information:

The main advantages

1, mechanical properties: high strength, fatigue resistance, size stability, creep is also small (there is little change under high temperature conditions);

2, heat aging: enhanced UL temperature index up to 120~140℃ (outdoor long-term aging is also very good);

3, solvent resistance: no stress cracking;

4, water stability: easy to decompose in high temperature water (use in high temperature and high humidity environment should be cautious);

5, insulation performance: excellent (humidity, high temperature can also maintain stable electrical performance, is the ideal material for manufacturing electronic, electrical parts);

6, dielectric coefficient: 3.0-3.2;

7, arc resistance: 120s;

8, molding processability: ordinary equipment injection or extrusion.
